I am not at all fond of cheese, there’s no problem with me. If you really like cheese very much, you can get veggie cheese (e.g. from citysuper) which usually made of soya. You can try Harmony Cafe, they have pizza using veggie cheese. For homemade sandwich, you can try smashed tofu (with little bit of salt) in place of cheese, that taste very good too!
As I go vegan not just for health, but also for the environment, dairy products which produce great ecological shadow, are something to rid first.
I am also a veggie for over 13 years. Recently I have a problem as to whether we should continue to eat cheese. What about you?
